Award-winning Quail’s Gate, located in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, is one of Canada’s leading wineries.

For three generations, the Stewart family has worked tirelessly to see Quail’s Gate become one of the most outstanding producers of BC VQA wines.

With a focus on innovation and sustainability, Quail’s Gate combines decades of winemaking experience with a willingness to embrace new & emerging knowledge and technologies, to ensure continued excellence well into the future.

Spurred by this emphasis on winemaking advancements, Quail’s Gate conducted a trial during the 2022 harvest, testing the impact of an AromaLoc 3500.

Two identical tanks of Chasslas, a white Swiss varietal, were involved in the trial — one with and one without AromaLoc’s patented technology.

The result? Quail’s Gate Associate Winemaker, Kailee Frasch explains in the following video.
